Russian-Ukrainian joint company «YUKOIL» - is a plant producing engineering oils (motor oils, lubricating oils, oils and lubricants for industrial purposes). Foundation - in 2002. Location - Zaporozhye. Director of the company - Yaroshenko Oleg Anatolyevich.

    The objective of the JV «YUKOIL» is to produce special and unique lubricating materials, motor oils and lubricants that have never been produced in Ukraine before or that have been produced in a limited quantity.

    The major range of products is represented by engineering oils being launched into the market under the brand names of «YUKOIL» and «BALTIA» .

     The enterprise uses innovative domestically produced and foreign equipment with a modular circuit structure which considerably contributes to the production of a variety of oils and lubricants, particularly motor oils, transmission oils, as well as motor oils for agricultural equipment and machinery. As a raw material for oil production we use Russian, Check and German perfectly-refined base oils as well as additives being produced by concerns LUBRIZOL, INFINEUM, DEGUSSA and leading petrochemical enterprises of the SIS.

    Production and research activity are being held with the assistance and under the control of Zaporozhye Center of Standardisation and Metrology. The improvement of production techniques and oil compositions is being performed with the assistance of the specialists of the research center LUBRIZOL ( England ) and Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute « МА S МА ». Quality management is performed according to the requirements stated in the standard ISO 9001-2000. The quality control of lubricating materials is performed by the plant laboratory certified by State Standard.

     All the above-mentioned facts allow producing lubricating materials with a unique in-use performance.

    The quality of oils and lubricants has been verified in practice. After a wide range of the tests and field applications of the different types of YUKOIL oils positive references and approvals are being obtained from such companies as «Motor Sich», «AutoZaz», «UkrRechFlot», «UkrHydroEnergo» and other enterprises. Joint company «YUKOIL» is a multiple winner of the Quality Contest called «100 Best Products of Ukraine».
